Bernard Mercier, C. Dir, Executive Vice-President, Senior Consultant

Mr Mercier has more than 30 years of management experience, of which 20 in upper management; multiple experience in geographic expansions, acquisitions & restructuring, mostly in the service industry (cargo services, airport services, transport & logistics). His business experience has taken him the world. He held position Chief Executive Officer for Servisair-GlobeGround, and Regional Vice-President at FedEx for Southern Europe & Africa. Mr Mercier served as administrator on several boards, such as Chairman on publicly traded companies. As well, in the last 5 years he was an entrepreneur – and has since sold his business. He also graduated in 2005 to the title of Chartered Director (McMaster University & Conference of Canada)

His expertise is mostly development of business plans, taking an active role on managing organisational changes, integration of new procedures and resource optimization.

Jean-Pierre Habib, Sales Director

He has been working in the software industry for over 14 years with a focus on Fleet and Operation Management Software. Vast experience developing new mid-market segments on a global basis, continued his education by completing Marketing courses at Concordia University, located in Montreal, Quebec.

Gino Rainville, Project Manager (Operasoft)

College graduated in computer science at André Laurendeau in 1997, Gino spent the next 13 years at la Coop fédérée, the largest agri-food company in Quebec. Initailly he started as a programmer-analyst for the IT department then was put in charge of projects in 2001 and as business analysts from 2008. He worked on various systems including the billing for animal and plant production, automating the distribution center in Longueuil, including inventory management, ordering, shipping and manufacturing. In addition to the diploma in computer science, Gino has also obtained a bachelor degree in Political Science at UQAM and a diploma in piloting aircraft from College of Chicoutimi.

Lyne Potvin, Project Manager

Post graduated college degree for Administrative assistant, her experience in business administration guided her in the last 10 years for implementation of management system and CRM like: CRM Oracle, Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In 2006 she participated actively in the launch of the company Guardian, where she held various positions, implemented CRM, internal policies & procedures. In 2009 Lyne joined Operasoft as Project Manager, she has the ability to develop, and implement viable and efficient solutions while working close with customers, key partners and in close collaboration with her co-workers. Lyne also obtained her commercial helicopter pilot license in 2004.
