Our customers benefit from better control of their operations, and increased efficiency. The candidate will report directly the CEO, and manage a team of a dozen developers and analysts.

Main Responsibilities:

|
New Client Implementation Existing client technical support (phone, email, chat) standard & emergency hours. New feature request management (documenting, managing dev. testing, deploying)

|
Passionate about helping clients with technology based solutions Fully bilingual (Written and Spoken) Very computer literate Experience in business analysis (use of tools such as Visio, xls, ppt) Experience in project management (use of tools such as MS Project, BaseCamp) Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM an important asset Excellent customer management/communication skills Availability to work in very flexible hours (dev. team in India) Willing to travel to client locations (only if required by client) Detail oriented Ability to manage fast paced priority changes Team player, comfortable to work in a 'team' environment

Prior experience:
|
|
Minimum of 3 years in a software product/service customer relationship management role Worked as a technical account manager Worked with offshore suppliers (time zone and cultural gap management)
|
|
Education:
|
|
Minimum, DEC in computer sciences Microsoft Certifications and any university degree are assets
